Personal Internet English programs

Our e-learning programs are practical, task-based courses designed for English language learners at an intermediate (+) level and Elementary Plus level

PIE / PIE Plus have been designed to enable you to continue developing your English language skills comfortably, at a pace and in a way that works for you and your professional and personal schedule

PIE / PIE Plus are essentially flexible, relating to your specific needs and professional and/or personal interests as you work through the program(s)

PIE / PIE Plus will help you to improve your productive and receptive skills, with specific input leading to a wide range of interactive writing tasks and assignments

PIE / PIE Plus contain extended practice activities related to the work you will be doing in each step and every unit, to help you to achieve the tasks set more efficiently and effectively, and also use the language more comfortably and competently

PIE / PIE Plus provide you with your personal language tutor who will help you to progress through each step of the course, with all the corresponding feedback you will need

Option 1

PIE is divided into 10 units and each unit will take you through 4 steps. The program contains a variety of topic areas and you will need approximately 10 hours to complete all 4 steps / each unit.

It has been designed to run over a 3 to 6-month period, with six months set as the recommended maximum completion time.

Option 2

PIE Plus programs are divided into 3 units with each unit also taking you progressively through 4 steps. Each program focuses on a specific topic area, such as Job Seeking, Writing Skills and Presentation Skills. You will need approximately 12 hours to complete one unit.

The programs are designed to run over a 4 to 8-week period, with 8 weeks set as the recommended maximum completion time.

Option 3

PIE Elementary Plus is divided into 5 units and each unit will take you through 4 steps. With this particular program you will need approximately 10 hours to complete all 4 steps of each unit.

It has been designed to run over a 6 to 10-week period, with 10 weeks set as the recommended maximum completion time.
